Calling all local teens! Remember the joy you felt as a child picking your free book at the end of the summer reading program? Well, now you can experience it again! Come to one of our “Free Teen Book Hours” in August and pick out a free teen book for you to keep for good! The “Free Teen Book Hours” will be Wednesday, August 11th from 5:30-6:30PM and Tuesday, August 24th, from 12:00-1:00PM. A table with bins of books will be set up outside the side door of the library during these hours for teens to pick a new favorite.  Teens must be registered for the Teen Summer Reading Program to pick out a book, and they may register for the Summer Reading Program during the “Free Teen Book Hour.” Teens who stop by will also be eligible for an additional raffle ticket for the Teen Summer Reading Program. Books are donated by the library and the Friends of the Library. Teens may attend both “Free Teen Book Hours” for a maximum of two books or as supplies last.
