SUMMARY:Cupcake Wars
DESCRIPTION:Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to the Clapp Memorial Library for a cupcake-decorating challenge on Wed.\, March 13th from 3:00-4:30PM in the library’s Activity Room! Participants will be given themes and timed rounds to decorate their cupcakes and can take home the tasty treats at the end of the program. Space is limited; email clapplibrarytab@gmail.com to register for this program taking place on an early-release day for the Belchertown Public Schools.

SUMMARY:Needle Felting
DESCRIPTION:Come learn the art of needle felting at the Clapp Memorial Library on Monday\, March 11 from 5:30-8:30pm or Wednesday\, March 13 from 5:30-8:30pm. Local fiber artist Anna Sunschauer will teach you how to sculpt fluffy wool fiber into a chicken using felting needles. No prior needle felting experience is necessary\, but it is recommended that all participants have good fine motor skills to avoid injury with the sharp needles.
