DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, July 23 at 7PM\, the Clapp Memorial Library is hosting an author talk with Michael Parzymieso where he will talk about his debut novel. The Dale is a supernatural thriller set in the town of Cold Springs\, a fictionalized version of Belchertown. Parzymieso has written for local\, regional\, and national magazines. His love of the outdoors was inspired during his youth living in western Massachusetts and roaming the wild\, lost\, and forgotten places in the Quabbin. As a novelist\, he writes about the power of faith and friendship in the face of malevolent evil.
