DESCRIPTION:Come read to a therapy animal at the Clapp Memorial Library.  This program is for students in 1st – 5th grade that struggle with reading and would like a no judgement buddy to listen to them read aloud.  Register your child for a time slot and bring a book\, or come early to check out a book at the Library.  We will have therapy bunnies and dogs for children to take turns reading to in our Children’s Activity Room. \nPlease arrive downstairs 5 minutes before your scheduled time.  Registration is required.  Please call 323-0417 ext.1.

Several StorySongs are accompanied with Moomations (original cartoon animations)\, illustrating the story of the songs – displayed on a monitor or large screen.  Children ages 2 to 6 are invited to attend wearing their pajamas.  No registration required.  Families that would like to participate in the Boston Bruins PJ Drive can bring a donation of new pajamas to add to the Library’s collection box.

We will post one or two short videos a day. Ask an adult if it is okay for you to watch the video by yourself (with earphones if others will hear) so you will be the only one training to be a magician. By the end of school vacation week\, you will be able to entertain your household with a magic show of your own. \nWhat you need for the tricks (this is to do all 8); \n\nA full deck of cards\n3 cards from a different deck (if you have an incomplete deck at home\, use some of those.
