DESCRIPTION:Back by popular demand\, Ed Popielarczyk\, will present his comical magic show. Many in Belchertown know Ed as the “Balloon Guy” that has attended the Belchertown Fair for many years. Join us on the Library lawn for laughs and amazement geared to people of all ages. We will relocate to the town hall auditorium if there is rain.  Please note: as of 7/14\, the Town Hall elevator is out of service for an expected 6-8 weeks\, limiting access to entrances with stairs until a ramp can be installed. \nhttps://www.edpop.com/ \nThis event is part of our Summer Reading Program and attending is worth a Kids SRP Raffle Ticket!
