DESCRIPTION:THIS CLASS IS FULL. \nThe Clapp Memorial Library will be offering an 8-week introduction to Mindfulness Meditation workshop.  Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a technique developed at UMass Medical Center and is used to help people reduce stress in their lives.  This class for Belchertown residents will be led by nursing professor Magda Bechar and begins on Monday\, October 15th.  Sessions will begin at 7:00 PM and last for one hour. \nThe first class is mandatory! \nRegistration required – sign up at the library.  Please do not sign up if you cannot make the majority of the classes!

Laugh at the antics of a mischievous spider. Watch a pesky goblin try to outwit a hard-working farmer. And meet other curious characters in this fast-paced\, funny and interactive show. \nThis program is funded by a donation in loving memory of David Goff and in part by the Friends of Clapp Memorial Library.
