He promotes staying active throughout your life by playing disc sports. He focuses on healthy lifestyles\, creativity\, flexibility and balance\, all aimed at improving self-esteem and confidence. \nBefore the show\, stop by the Library between 10:00 am and 5:45 pm to enter a raffle to win a Frisbee! \nThis raffle is attended only for children registered for our summer reading program and planning to go to the Frisbee show.
