CUPCAKE WARS RETURNS

Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to the library for a cupcake-decorating challenge on April 19th from 5:30-6:45PM! Participants will be given themes and timed rounds to decorate their cupcakes and can take home the tasty treats at the end of the program.
