Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to the Clapp Memorial Library for a cupcake-decorating challenge on Wed., March 13th from 3:00-4:30PM in the library’s Activity Room! Participants will be given themes and timed rounds to decorate their cupcakes and can take home the tasty treats at the end of the program.
