Smell your flowers, and eat them too! Learn about the many types and uses of edible flowers in this class hosted by Lindsey Baird of Oak & Ash Farm. Lindsey will go over which varieties and parts of flowers are edible, and then teach you how best to enjoy them. You’ll leave with recipes and a collection of edible flowers to try at home.
Attendees will go home with a list of edible flowers and their seasonality, as well as a box of edible flowers to enjoy!
