PROGRAM FULL – WAITLIST ONLY
Learn the joy and multitude of benefits that come from keeping an herb garden. Whether you want to grow an herb garden for culinary, medicinal or cosmetic uses, or just to create something beautiful to look at, this course is for you. Instructor Lindsey Baird of Oak & Ash Farm designed and planted her first herb garden at 11 and has been passionate about them ever since! She will talk you through the basics of growing herbs, as well as some simple garden layouts. You’ll leave with a collection of herb plants and the knowledge to create your own herbal oasis. Attendees will go home with martials on basic herb garden plans, list of herbs to try and their seasonality (annual, bi annual, perennial) as well as a pack of herb plants to bring home (basil, thyme, parsley, chive)
