A free, 90-minute Creative Journal Expressive Arts Workshop for Teens.
This 90-minute workshop for teens 12-18 is based on the book The Creative Journal for Teens, Making Friends with Yourself by Lucia Capacchione, Ph.D., R.E.A.T. The author, a registered art therapist, has developed easy techniques for journal writing that enables teens to express their real selves. Participants learn methods to get to know themselves, to solve everyday problems, and to make dreams come true in a non-judgemental atmosphere. Activities include time for structured drawing, writing, and reflection exercises.
Instructor: Chris Shirtcliff, Certified Creative Journal Expressive Arts Instructor and Visioning Coach. Learn more about her workshops at doorwaysanddreams.com
