Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to the Clapp Memorial Library to learn how to needle-felt a baby penguin! On Monday, December 30th from 3:30-6:30PM local fiber artist Anna Sunschauer will teach teens how to sculpt fluffy wool fiber using felting needles. No prior needle felting experience is necessary, but it is recommended that all participants have good fine motor skills to avoid injury with the sharp needles. All necessary tools and materials will be provided. Space is limited. Teens must email [email protected] or call the library to register.
This program is made possible by the Friends of the Clapp Memorial Library.
