Motoko Dworkin, a native of Osaka, Japan, first came to the U. S. as an exchange student to University of Massachusetts. She has performed professionally since 1993, going to hundreds of schools, libraries, museums, festivals, and even “Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood!
